I dropped by the Northwich store after my TV conked out. Gary was super helpful. He really knows his stuff but can break down the tech in a way that's easy to get. There was zero pressure to rush into a decision or make a purchase. It felt like a place where you actually want to shop. I ended up getting a TV that I took home right away. The next day, I had a question and called in. Gary picked up and fixed my issue in no time; fantastic after-sales care. Overall, the service was excellent and the prices are as good as you'll find anywhere else.

"Top-notch service"
I had an awesome time dealing with these folks - snagged a TV for a fantastic price via their eBay shop. I heard they were facing some hiccups with their delivery service, but instead of letting that mess things up for their customers, they took matters into their own hands and drove around the country delivering TVs themselves. Really grateful for that - super professional all around!

I recently shopped at Spacial in Northwich for a couple of televisions and a soundbar. Gary, the salesperson, really paid attention to our needs and offered some great suggestions. He showed us various options without just trying to sell us the priciest one. Overall, it was a fantastic experience, and the prices were unbeatable. If I need anything else in the future, I’ll definitely come back.

"Super helpful and quick service"
Earlier today, I casually brought up to a friend at the gym how much I was not looking forward to going to a nearby dealership to buy a new TV. She instantly suggested Spatial and pointed out their new location. Now, I've got my beautiful new TV all set up by their installer, and I found the entire process to be a breeze. The folks in the store and the delivery guy were incredibly helpful. I’d totally recommend them!

"Highly Recommend SpatialOnline"
I got a Denon receiver from them, and it only took a few minutes to place my order online. The delivery was super fast; I even changed the date to suit my schedule, and the box arrived in perfect condition. I had a question about my warranty, and they were really helpful. Overall, the customer service was top-notch, and I’d definitely shop with them again. Plus, the receiver was priced competitively, and they threw in an extended warranty too!

"Fantastic customer support"
On Monday, I mentioned a defect in my recently bought and set up LG OLED TV. Within a day, and from quite a distance, a brand new replacement TV was brought over and installed.
This was an unusual manufacturing problem - beyond Spatial's influence. Considering the top-notch service - I’ll definitely be coming back.

I got myself a Samsung soundbar from SpatialOnline after a bad experience with another sketchy company. The whole buying experience with SpatialOnline was seamless and done right, making it super easy. Fantastic service and speedy shipping too! Definitely recommend them and I’ll be returning for more shopping.

"Truly goes above and beyond"
I bought a big TV from this place for a price that was lower than any other option. Their delivery service fell short, so a manager took it upon themselves to rent a vehicle and make a 300-mile round trip just to get it to me instead of leaving me hanging. Exceptional service and I’d definitely recommend them!

I really appreciate all the assistance from Emma at Spatial. My TV showed up the following day, but unfortunately, it seemed like it had taken a tumble during delivery. Emma was able to arrange for it to be picked up the very next day, and she got the replacement sent out at the same time! Fantastic personal service from a company where you can actually call and chat with a real person.

"Wigan Spacial Deserves All the Kudos"
I can't say enough good things about Wigan Spacial. Sean and Gary are super knowledgeable, and they delivered and set everything up quickly. They showed so much patience and are genuinely nice folks. My TV got zapped by a lightning strike, which was pretty terrifying. It might seem like a luxury, but after my husband passed, it gets pretty lonely around here. The new TV is even better than the one I had before. Huge thanks for your kindness and patience with a stuttering deaf and disabled person.

Fantastic help and super informed. I was on the hunt for a rare cable to link my Samsung Frame TV to the One Connect box. The team not only understood exactly what I needed, but they also confirmed that the cable they had would do the trick. And guess what? It worked perfectly.
Before I reached out to Spatial, I wasted 2 hours on the phone with Samsung support about the same problem, and they couldn't help me at all.

"Our Experience with the Samsung Q80T TV Purchase"
We got ourselves a Samsung Q80T TV from Spatial Online because of the great price and solid reviews. The TV showed up the very next day, all snug in bubble wrap. If I had to nitpick, I'd say our inquiry about the delivery time wasn’t answered the day before it arrived, which left us unsure if Parcelforce had a delivery window. Luckily, they did. Since it was a big item, these details matter. But honestly, not much to complain about. Definitely would recommend!
